What is your return policy?
Child United offers several different products. The return policies vary depending on the product. Please read below for detailed information on your product return.
Jewelry Boutique Return Policies-
You may return an item for refund within 14 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. In general, though, you may return merchandise to:

Wedding Boutique Return Policies-
We do not allow returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. If you received a damaged item, please see our replacement policy below.
Child United strives to stand behind their merchandise 100%. Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please call our Customer Service Department at (425) 967-3488 within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. You must have the original invoice number when you call. We will address each case individually and determine how we will send out a replacement at no charge. We only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. Please always double check your orders to ensure that the personalization is entered correctly before sending. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.
When you place your replacement shipment claim, you will receive a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, or an ARS (Authorized Return Sticker). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment.
Personalization-
Child United's supplier offers complimentary personalization on specific items. The format for personalization is shown on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available in the font and format shown. No exceptions. All sales are final on personalized items. Should your store receive a personalized item that is damaged, you must call within 2 business days of receipt of shipment and we will gladly replace the same item with the same personalization.
Asian Decor Return Policies-
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department and we will try to make it right. If any item does not satisfy you, it may be returned within 14 days. Returns must be in the original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem. Please ship the item prepaid. We will refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please contact our offices at 425-967-3488
What are your shipping rates?
Child United is working with partners across the country to provide you with the best products. Our shipping rates may vary because of the location of our warehouses.
At times, a confirmation email will sent to you with your final shipping rates and shopping total.
How soon can I get my order?
Depending on your order specifications, most products will be mailed to you within two days of receipt. Personalized items will take longer to process. Please give us between 5-7 business days to process those orders.
Why can't I get a replacement on my jewelry order?
Most of our jewelry pieces are handmade and one of a kind. We cannot fulfill any replacement orders at this time because of the uniqueness of our jewelry line. You may return a product and choose a different piece. Difference in price will be charged.
